Houghton Mifflin Harcourt is a publisher of textbooks, instructional technology materials, assessments, reference works, and fiction and non-fiction for both young readers and adults.
The challenge: HMH were struggling to recruit the talent necessary to succeed in today’s digital economy. The best young engineers and developers were dreaming of Silicon Valley, not a publishing industry mistakenly thought to be on life support. 
Solution: We created a design system for an arresting campaign that highlighted their relevance in today’s knowledge economy, convincing job seekers they were an employer worth aiming for.
