Google Translate is a free multilingual neural machine translation service developed by Google, to translate text and websites from one language into another.
Google wanted to create an experience that celebrates Google Translate’s ability to bridge cultural divides. We created a pop-up restaurant that created connections through food. Diners were encouraged to use the app to translate the menu, posters and other text throughout the restaurant to create conversations and connections between diners and cultures.
